Our program for three-year-old's caters to their growing independence. Preschoolers, as active learners, engage in collaboration with teachers and peers to explore concepts and make discoveries. Teachers focus on small group interactions to equip children with the necessary skills for Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK). The curriculum includes a strong emphasis on Math and Science, as well as activities that enhance language and social skills through enjoyable games. This program lays the groundwork for success in VPK.

K4 and VPK
4 - 5 Years Old
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a FREE program aimed at readying four-year-olds for kindergarten and establishing a solid foundation for their educational journey. Available to all four-year-olds residing in Florida, regardless of family income, VPK offers an early childhood education that nurtures early literacy, pre-math skills, scientific understanding, and social abilities.

What are the VPK Dates and Times?
Northern Private School’s VPK Program follows the Palm Beach County School District Calendar. We have multiple class times available:
8:30 am – 12:00 pm
9:00 am – 12:30 pm
9:30 am – 1:00 pm
What if I Need Extended Hours of Care?
Northern Private School offers a “Wrap Around” program that will provide care before and after the VPK hours. Your child will be permitted to attend school from as early as 6:45 am until 6 pm. This program also offers Holiday Camp for Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks when school is not in session. Please contact us for wrap-around pricing!
